The Data Coordinating Center (DCC), based at the University of Utah Health Sciences Center, provides a central repository for data generated by each of the clinical trial centers. The DCC also works with each of the Principal Investigators to implement CPCCRN-wide standards for data collection and analysis in order to ensure uniformity and quality of the data and monitor the safety and timely progress of the research studies. The DCC is responsible for:

  • Statistical and Clinical Trial Assistance
  • Data Management including Data Analysis & Database Design
  • IT Support
  • Manuscript Preparation
  • Logistics of all Activities Carried Out by the Network
  • Study Project Management
  • Development of Public Use Datasets

The DCC includes a principal investigator, biostatisticians, research assistants, programmers, consultants, and support staff.
